When we began working with Oath Healthcare in January 2024, they had an outdated website filled with typos, no real social media presence beyond infrequently updated pages, and a complete lack of print marketing. Oath Healthcare wanted to attract more private sector clients, expand their live-in care services, and lay the foundation for franchising opportunities, but they lacked the cohesive marketing strategy and materials to achieve these goals.
Stepping in as their marketing lead, we initiated a full transformation of their brand presence. We revamped their website into a sleek, modern platform that reflected their expertise and warmth, making it highly user-friendly and visually appealing. On social media, we relaunched their Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages, transforming them into active, engaging platforms. Through organic strategies, we grew their followers and consistently engaged audiences, resulting in a remarkable 45% open rate on their client newsletters - double the healthcare industry average of 21%.
Beyond digital efforts, we also developed a comprehensive brand and marketing strategy that defined their brand voice and established a clear pathway to growth. This included the design of all-new print materials like business cards, brochures, and onboarding leaflets, as well as a suite of internal documents aligned with their external branding.
Oath Healthcare's goals of securing private clients and expanding live-in care services were met as their reputation strengthened and inquiries increased. Our work also supported them in gaining their first franchisee, aided by the detailed prospectus materials we developed to showcase their business model. One of the final touches was the creation of an Employee of the Month program, complete with custom-designed certificates that boosted team morale and highlighted the company's dedication to its staff.
By May 2024, Oath Healthcare had not only reached its goals but also established a marketing foundation that will support its continued growth and expansion into the private healthcare sector.
